I love a good stretch and zoning out before checking on the countless notifications on my phone, which I selectively read over the weekends.

Learn to say no to commitments that don’t align with your well-being. I prioritise exploration – exploration to new places and trying new foods, be it alone or with friends.

In a world filled with digital noise, intentional breaks from screens are essential. Schedule tech-free hours, put your phone on silent, and create moments to enjoy life without digital distractions. This is a tough one, but even a couple of hours without checking on your countless devices actually helps! For me, that means having a Pilates session or just a really, really good massage at Sabaai Sabaai Thai Massage.

Whether it’s taking a mindful walk, practicing gratitude, or engaging in creative activities, find moments in your day to slow down and appreciate the present. Recently, there has been openings of board and coastal walks which I find really great to spend time either alone or with your loved ones, exploring nature. Journalling is something that is highly recommended, which I am trying to be consistent in.

End your day with activities that promote relaxation, such as reading, meditation, or gentle stretching. A calming night routine improves sleep quality and helps the mind and body unwind.
